I can't access my emails anymore - is it possible to change the email adress

My inital login ist tamara.wirt
I cant access the new password and the registration mail, but I need to login to survey.

Please send usa scan of your ID card via https://www.s2survey.net/transfer/ and also note:

  • the problem or a reference to this thread,
  • the login name (not the passwort), and
  • the new email address.

If the name on your ID card matches the data in the account, we can change the email address, so you can change your password.
