After pretesting the questionnaire on my side and with my supervisor, I started my data collection by sending the link of my survey to some people. One person pointed out a serious issue for the continuation of my data collection that I explain below.
In my questionnaire, there are text scenarios to read before answering questions. Sometimes it is only one text and then all questions, and sometimes it can be 1st text then questions and then 2nd text and questions.
My problem is that, on PC and smartphone, when the page loads, the screen directly scrolls down to the questions (below the text). Respondents must realize by themselves that they should scroll up to read the text (which I can't afford). What can I do to be sure that the page loads and opens at the top of itself and not midpage on the first question.
