No data in the online results and after downloading data

Question

I developed a questionnaire and performed a study. I got the results and in the database online I cannot see answers for some questions, also when I downloaded data they are not there. I know that these questions were in the questionnaire and the answers were collected. This problem regards multiple choice questions, type of question extended selection.
I see answers in the questionnaires from individual participants, but they are not listed in the results. I tried already to change some criteria to download the data and either these questions are omitted or there are no answers for these questions.

Regarding the online descriptives, we will check if something's missing for the extended selection in multiple choice mode, give us a day for that, please.

We have checked the online descriptes for the extended selection on s2survey.net, and did not observe any irregularities.

If you have double-checked your criteria for valid cases, and checked that the data appears in the "collected data" -> "view data", we can create an administrator login and check the question in your survey project. To do so, we need an email to info@soscisurvey.de, allowing us to log in to your project, the URL of the questionnaire, and the ID of the question, please.

I checked many times criteria for valid cases and when I chose the option: any data set, included from deleted questions answers, the answers appear at the end of downloaded excel file. It looks that these are answers for the missing questions. Is it possible to somehow know which answers are for which question? Or to bring these answers back? The raws have names: DEL00___, and it is written: variable ohne zugehörige Frage/Item___ (__ is the same number)

In that case you someshow removed the variables. Did you change the question type to a single choice question, eventually? Did you delete the question and (maybe) create a new one?
