closed Why are gmail adresses not included in the address list?

For some reason gmail addresses from people answering the questionnaire are not included in the address list and therefore dont get the emails required for the retest. every other emails (yahoo, aol, ...) work. why could that be and how can i change it?

what does it mean for gmail to block the email? is it possible for me to change this?
