How to create a sub-dropdown/multiChoicces list instead of creating an active filter?

Hello SoSci team,

I need your assitance please :). How can I create a sub-dropdown list instead of creating a follow-up question and moving to another page (active filter)?

Example question: (I want my participant to choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 - in case the participant chooses 3, they must also choose at least one of 3.1 to 3.4 options)
When you are hungry during working hours but it is not lunch time yet, what action do you take?

1) You do nothing, you can continue working. 
2) You do nothing, although you really need to eat. You are too immersed in work.
3) You do the following, please choose all that apply.
                             3.1) Have a snack if available in your drawer. 
                             3.2) Drink water; it helps you in such cases.
                             3.3) Take break to have a proper meal/sandwich.
                             3.4) Other.
4) Other.

Please take a look at the hierarchical selection question type. This would be my preference for such a question.
