I send the pretest link to do the test. However, I can only find the pretest comments under the collected data. Where can I find the results of the survey? not only the comments from participants but also their answers to my questions.

What kind of pretest link did you create? There are thee options to select from the dropdown:

* pretest
* preview
* preview with debug

Also, what "criteria for valid data" did you set before downloading the data?
