Hello,

I am conducting an international study in three language versions. I have uploaded the participant information in SociSurvey and saved it as html code . Unfortunately, I received feedback from a participant who tried to download the participant information that access was denied. What could be the reason for this and what can I do to solve the problem? Many thanks and best regards Anna
