Fehlermeldung im Shop bei Bestellung überprüfen

Liebes Support Team,

ich habe das Small (1 Monat) Paket im Shop ausgewählt und meine Daten angegeben. Nach "Bestellung überprüfen" erscheint nur eine Fehlermeldung:

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Danke für den Hinweis. Wir haben nun ein Update eingespielt, welches dieses Problem beheben sollte - allerdings bin ich noch nicht ganz sicher, ob es tatsächlich gelöst ist.

Womöglich trat das Problem lediglich auf, weil dem Shop noch eine Angabe zur Rechnungsadresse fehlte.

Sollte es weiterhin nicht funktionieren, sagen Sie bitte nochmal Bescheid. Danke!

Danke für die schnelle Antwort! Das oben genannte Problem taucht nun nicht mehr auf. Aber es erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:  

Fehler: Die Angaben sind unvollständig oder fehlerhaft.
Fehler: Bitte geben Sie eine E-Mail-Adresse an.

In dem Formular ist aber kein Feld um eine E-Mail Adresse anzugeben.
