Setting up my Account doesn't work.. how to receive the confirmation email

Trying this out for the 3rd time now since my account doesn't seem to be able to get fully activated. A colleague of mine tried to add me to her research project several times and each time it failed so i deleted my account and set up a new one but sosci does only send me the terms of usage which i accepted and no further mail to confirm my account. Honestly i am kind of clueless how to get this to work now, any help would be appreciated.

The confirmation of the terms will also confirm the email address (you would not be able to receive them if the email address was incorrect). No further confirmation is necessary.
