How can i insert question Number to combined question?

I created a question our of several questions via html to have the drop-downs next to one another. The question is inserted via html. But now it doesn‘t have a Number. How can I insert a consecutive Number to the html? Thank you very much for the help!

You may either create a "Text" in any of your sections, and then open the "title" tab to add a question-like title incl. number.

Or you could display the title of one of your existing questions without any items:
