I successfully uploaded all of my questions, the only thing that I need to add to complete my survey is my video. After clicking on the 'image and media files' section, I filled in the form as well, but nothing happened.
Can you please tell me if this is normal and if yes how long is it going to take to get approved? As I need my survey online this week.
I had to create another account to access the online support, because for some reason I could not log in with my original account. The login of the account where I'm facing this issue is called: <snip>.
