According to https://www.soscisurvey.de/help/doku.php/en:results:data-api it should be possible to retrieve specific cases via the API (as opposed to retrieving all cases) by adding a "cases" parameter to the URL:
https://www.soscisurvey.de/PROJEKT/?act=uDywDXaYyNEY&cases=120
However, this doesn't seem to work in practice. I always get all cases no matter if the cases parameter is added to the URL.
Any ideas?

Could it be that you are working a in test project?
In test projects you will always receive the first 10 cases of the data set, and the cases parameter will be ignored.
