Collecting e-mail addresses separately

I am interested in using the "collect e-mail addresses separately" function, since I will be offering people the chance to enter a giveaway upon completing the survey. I found it quite enticing to do so, since their emails won't be collected together with their answers.

However, I'd like to know if I'd have to sign a GDPR/DPA contract in this case, as I have not fully understood that from the manual.

And my second question: would I have to start paying money / have to sign up for the paid SoSci tier in order to collect this data? I am a University student and I am doing this for my Bachelor thesis.

Yes. Please sign the online contract offered in the manu options send invitation mailings.

No, if you are entitled to use www.soscisurvey.de for free (checklist when registering a project), then collecting email addresses separatedly is no problem. It would be different, if you collected person-related data in the questionnaire (not separatedly). In that case you would have to use the pro-server s2survey.net and we would have to create a printed contract.
