Subheadings for items are not shown in horizontal selection. What to do?

I want my subheadings shown in the horizontal selection, but somehow it doesn't work. Could anyone help me out please?

Headings are a concept of texts, and therefore common only for contents in vertical order.

What is your goal? Where would you like to display something like "subheadings" in a horizontal question? Would you just like to have smaller text above the options? Or is it about grouping options together? Or something completely different?

You may simply use a bit HTML code in your options, such as:

<small>Text above</small><br>
Text in normal size
