Slider Question issue: the scale visuals including buttons do NOT show up in preview

Hi there, my laptop is macbook air 2012 edition. My java script is turned ON.

Under the preview section of the question, I could SEE the scales. However, after completing the question and drag it in the "Compose questionnnaire," the scales disappear. Like the image attached below-
