I would like to incorporate the aspect of lucky winners to encourage response. For this purpose am looking at a way the system can announce to the lucky winners immedietely after clicking submit. How do i do it?

Sure you want to do that? This could look like some spam trick as known from pop-up marketing compaigns.

If you want to implement something like that, use a random generator. Create e.g. 100 codes, and only if code 100 is drawn, it's a winner.
