in a workgroup can one person have the layout in english and the other person to have it in German?

I am helping a German speaking person to make a questionnaire.To do this I have to learn about your program in English. It is to difficult for me to do this in German. Is it possible for her to log in (in German) and myself (in English) and both of us to complete the same questionnaire together?

Everybody can set the interface language in their accounts individually.

However, to work together, you will not need the workgroup feature (that is only to share templates), but you will have to give the other account access to your project, see Shared Access to Projects.
