Is there any way of creating a question with one picture above (or if I could put several of them, and one of them just randomly appears to a participant) and multiple choice questions bellow it?
Sure, you can put an image (by using the HTML code for an image, see Images in the Questionnaire) wherever you like: Above the question, within the question, within items, ...
To randomly show one of multiple images, use a random generator together with placeholders.
