How to know which answer in an open text field in the questionnaire corresponds to which entry/ cell in the data file?

In my output data file I find text corresponding to entries in open text fields in the questionnaire in the last rows of the first columns. These rows correspond to no specific respondent, at least that I can see, as rows corresponding to all respondents are above these entries. How can I know which question, subquestion, etc.these entries correspond to? Is there a way to modify where these entries are stored in these files?

Sounds like importing the data failed.
