I cannot unlock my survey to make changes; what are my options?

Hello everyone,

I seem to have run into a snag. I have realized I need to edit my questionnaire php code, when my survey has already been lunched. When I try to add a php code box, I get the following message:

"Editing the questionnaire is locked to prevent accidental changes during data collection. Click here to release the lock"

However, the only thing I can click on is "ok" and doing so does not release the lock. Thus I cannot in the end add a php box, no matter how many times I say ok.

Any idea on what I could do?

There should be a (quite large) lock symbol on the upper right corner, just above the questions and the "PHP" and "HTML" code elements. Please click that symbol to unlock editing.
