Hello SoSci Survey Support Team,
I am currently setting up a longitudinal survey for my bachelor's thesis and am experiencing an issue with the redirection after Double Opt-In confirmation.
My survey setup is as follows:
- Questionnaire A1: Publicly accessible initial survey containing an email opt-in question.
- Questionnaire A2: Should open automatically immediately after participants confirm their email address.
- Questionnaire B: Follow-up survey to be completed at a later date.
In the opt-in question (FO02), I selected an email template under "Redirect after confirmation" that links to Questionnaire A2.
Questionnaire A2 is configured with the access mode "Serial mail / Participation URL".
The confirmation email contains the placeholder %opt-in%, and the email confirmation itself works correctly.
However, after clicking the confirmation link, participants only see the message:
"Your email address has been confirmed for this study."
They are not redirected to Questionnaire A2.
The "Text upon confirmation" field is empty, and Questionnaire A2 works correctly when tested independently.
Could you please help me identify why the redirection is not working and let me know whether any additional settings are required?
