Project archived prior to due date

Dear sosci support team, according to the email I received my project was due to be archived on June 5th, 2026. Logging into my profile, the project is no longer visible as of now (May 31st, 2026). Is this fixable? Thank you and kind regards -- Teo

If you do not see the project, it's most likely a display error that (rarely) occurs when you did not yet accept the new Termd and Conditions (AGB).

If a project has been archived, it is still listed (although greyed out) in your list of survey projects.
