My university is supposed to have user rights, but even though my thesis supervisor confirmed my survey I'm not able to make it public - what can I do to get access to my license?
Depending on the policy of your university, the supervisor may be the one who makes the questionnaire public (i.e., who enters the administration period in the project settings).
