Extend a license while project is running

Question

Hi,

I am now collecting data with the license 'small, 1 month'. That license is ending on the 3rd of May 2026, but starting next week we will recrute another batch of 130 participants that will -do the questionnaires for 15 days, so that goes longer than the license period. How do I make sure that the daily serial emails keep on getting send to the participants, do I buy a new license in advance or can I just extend the one I have now? And if so, where can I do that, because I can only find buy a new license.

Please buy a new licence and tell it to start on 4th March (the shop will ask for the date).

Immediately after buying the new licence (or anytime later) you can change the end date of the survey administration period in your survey project.
