I have created a survey using the Random Generator- Ballot for Random Drawing
Settings are:
Codes drawn per interview: 1
Type of Drawing: Equally distributed (draw without returning)
In the dataset of completed interviews, I have several interviews with the same Ballot code, yet in the Ballot settings, it says that the code was only drawn once. Some are listed as having been drawn twice, and others 0; even though settings say do not return.
What does this mean?
