Code for setting quota for each age group.

Question

We needed to add the php code to set up a quota for a each age group but we do not have experience on coding. can anyone help us with the code? thank you!

we need 160 people for each age group below:

1. Young people & young adults (16–29 years) – pupils, students, trainees, early career professionals
2. Working middle (30–54 years) – employees, self-employed, civil servants/public sector
3. Late career (55–64 years) – still employed or in transition to retirement
4. Retirees & pensioners (65+)
5. Non-employed – e.g., unemployed, parental leave, or otherwise not in employment
