Colleague wants to reactivate project from archived file

Dear colleagues,
I have an archived survey project. A colleague of mine who had not administered the survey before wants to use and modify it so I sent her the archive file. However, the access to that file is blocked.
Please show me the most easy & comfortable way to transfer an archived project.

I sent her the archive file. However, the access to that file is blocked.

A XML file is simply a text file with machine-readable content.

If you sent her the file, plaubile reasons for getting blocked are these:

• The email client may dislike XML files (unlikely)
• The XML file was opened with Word or some other software and saved from there, chaging the file's content, so that SoSci Survey cannot work with it any more. This could have happend on your side or on her side. Always use the original, unmodified XML file, please.
• SoSci Survey may start the import but show a waring that the XML/project uses JavaScript contents. This requires a confimation that one trusts the XML source.
