Project Import doesn't work

Question

Hi, I've tried to upload the XML-File into a new study because I desperately need that questionnaire again. Unfortunately, I forgot to prolong the duration. But it just doesn't work. Is there another way?

I am afraid, I need more information to give you an appropriate answer:

1. Where is the XML file from?
2. I  see 5 projects in your account. What is the current status of the "old" survey project? Is it archived?
3. How does "doesn't work" exactly look like, is there any error message?
