How do I use participant codes in a multi wave survey with different questionnaires?

Situation: I am preparing a survey that uses four different questionnaires to collect data. I have a list of 150 participants who will receive invitations via email. Due to regulatory issues at my university, it is currently not possible to use the "bulk email function" in SosciSurvey. The workaround is now to create 150 participant codes and send the emails manually.

Questions:

1. Can participant codes be used for more than one survey, e.g., four in my case?
2. How is the link to the questionnaire updated properly?

I would recommend the reference (r) instead of the serial (s) for that use case. It makes a few things easiert. See Marking a URL (r)

Depends on what exactly you want to update when. One option was to create the four questionnaires in one survey projects an manually change the "default" , see Compose Questionnaire -> Manage Questionnaires.
