the last two speech samples (audio) of my survey do not play even though they are same format as the first three audio sounds

Participants are to evaluate 6 speech samples and they are all set with same format bu the last two do not played. The audio cannot be heard.

Please take a look into your browser's error console: Entwickler-Tools im Browser (the English manual is much shorter then the Geman one, using deepl.com or Google Translate to read the full text may be useful)

Most likely you'll find either an error about "file not found" or some issues with the encoding/decompression. When the cause of the problem ist found, solving it will be much easier.
