Unique survey links per participant

Does SoSci Survey have the functionality to create unique survey links for each participant? If so, are there any personal information/anonymity issues that might emerge with using these?

You can create Individual Participation URLs. Other than Access Codes, these URLs are not stored in the dataset.

However, if you collected very sensitive data, keep in mind that SoSci Survey will store the link between a URL and the CASE number in the background. So, if you have the information who got which link, and SoSci Survey has the information, which links belongs to which interview, putting these records together could de-anonymize the data.

Solution: Do not store who gets which URL.
