How do I get the serial emails to work with SoSci Mailaddress?

Hi,

I want to send out serial survey emails using the generic email address provided by SoSci. I've seen how to do this here: https://www.soscisurvey.de/help/doku.php/en:survey:mailing-spf. But for my project this option, to use e.g. mailer@soscisurvey.de is not avaible from the drop-down menu.

Do I have to activate this elsewhere? Or is this because I don't have the full version of SoSci, but I'm using it for a university research project?

Is your survey project located on www.soscisurvey.de or on a different survey server?

I think it is connected to the university server. At the server button it says: survey.uni-z.com. So in that case I cannot use the mail@soscisurvey.de?

I think it is connected to the university server.

In that case, please ask the IT contact person who's responsivbe for the server to configure a common sender address, if they consider that useful.

However, when using a university mailserver, it's likely that your university email address is perfectly valid for the mailserver in use. So the SPF issue may not be an issue at all. To test it, you may want to send an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/
