In that case, please ask the IT contact person who's responsivbe for the server to configure a common sender address, if they consider that useful.
However, when using a university mailserver, it's likely that your university email address is perfectly valid for the mailserver in use. So the SPF issue may not be an issue at all. To test it, you may want to send an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/
