Adjusting slider to show numbers

Hello,
I have a question in my survey in which I use a slider that has the extremes 0 and 10.

I would like the participant to see the corresponding numbers (from 0 to 10) when they move the slider so they can make their choices more clearly. At the moment the slider shows percentages when I move it. Is there a way to adjust it so that I see numbers from 0 to 10 instead?

You'll need to adjust the differentiation to 11, and then show the value minus 1, without the percent symbol.
