Offline mode possible?

Is it possible tor use socisurvey in an offline mode if for example the WiFi doesn't connect?

SoSci Survey requires an online connection to work. An offline mode is not available.

When working in offline environments, an access point or a local server (for example on a laptop) is a possible workaround.
