Not receiving registration email from University account

Question

I am trying to register an account for so-sci survey but am not receiving the email to complete the registration after I enter my email. I can confirm it is working for my personal email, but when I enter my university email I don't receive the registration email. I can confirm countless students from my university have used so-sci survey for their work as well (University of Mannheim).

Please write an email to info@soscisurvey.de and specify when you have tried to register the account. We will look up the log entries from our mailserver.

Top 1: Most likely the university server has blocked the email for some random reason, and you'll have to contact the university IT for clearning.

Top 2: The next most often reason for the problem is that you may have mistyped your email address.
