Expand our storage for video material?

Hi SoSciSurvey.

We are writing an exam project and just gained access to upload video material for our survey. Thank you for being so fast with that :-)

We can see that we have a limit of 64 MB, and unfortunately need more than this (maybe roughly 150 MB), because we have 2 videos each one has a size of 75 MB.

Is it by any chance possible to gain more storage ?

150 MB is in a range that we can (sometimes) provide on www.soscisurvey.de. Are we talking about the (only) active project in your account (I changed the limit for that one), or do you work in another project?

Should you need more storage for media files, you'll either have to store them outside of SoSci Survey (see manual on media files) or move the project to s2survey.net (which involves costs) and eventually book additinal storage.
