Do the payed offers allow to use the surveytool on offer for a municipality and to publish results afterwards despite to the free offer?

When I was about to start my survey with the free edition, I was told that we don’t meet the requirements. Does the payed option meets the requirements?

This refers to the requirements for free use (also see Free Use in the manual).

When using SoSci Survey for commecial, partly commercial or otherwise paid research, please select the commercial use option. We also recomment selecting the pro-server if you already bought a licence, because it has some advantages over the standard server for professional use.
