How can I make the questions stay the same and only program it so the images randomize?

I would like to know if it is possible to only randomize the images but the questions stay the same? And how do I do it? Do I (f.e.) make 5 sections each with the question + images. Or can I already program it so only the images are randomized (without having to write the questions multiple times)

Please follow the manual on randomization, if your're talking about randomization, not rotation.

If it's about rotation, you can work with copies - or you can use a multi-level structure.
