Project is gone! Data is gone. HELP

Dear SoSci survey team,

I'm just reaching out to ask you about the possibility of restoring a project about a messy vs. tidy online environment.

The data collection and the project were conducted by <snip>. The student told me that he was collecting data with the free version, although University of Potsdam has a special agreement and we are running SoSci survey studies via https://umfragenup.uni-potsdam.de. The data was collected in October-November 2023. He can’t access his university email because of graduation.
Possibly, <snip> was also integrated into the project.
Somehow, I missed that the students didn’t integrate me in the project.

Is it still possible to restore it? A lot of effort was put into implementation, and it would be unfortunate if we start now from scratch for another data collection wave.

Please note, that there are different server running SoSci Survey.

www.soscisurvey.de and s2survey.net are maintained by the SoSci Survey GmbH.

And then, there are a lot of universities, running SoSci Survey on servers in their own computer centers. That means: They run the server on their own, the data is completely separated from our servers, and we also cannot access to those servers.

If the project ru on the Uni Potsdam server, please contact the people who are listed in the campus licence list (see link above) or, if nobody is listed there, the university IT. They shall be able to assist you.
