How can I address the issue of the non-functional survey link provided by the website after the survey has been released?

I encountered an issue with the survey URL link. During the pretest phase, the link functioned properly. However, after releasing the survey and activating the acceptable time period, with 'Set Survey Administration Period' checked, the link no longer works, and the message 'Access Denied: A special key is required to access this questionnaire' appears. What could be causing this problem, and how can I resolve it?

This message is displayed when you configured an access restriction in Compose Questionnaire -> Access. As soon as you re-set the access restriction to "public", everyone can access the questionnaire, using the public URL.

A pretest URL allows to circumvent the access restriction, because you usually do not send your pretesters invitation mailings that would allow access.
