Hello!
I am programming a project that should be run by different labs. We would therefore like that each lab has their own link to collect data, so that we can easily know how much data was collected at each site.

The only way I found till now was to create a new Project and upload the main project there. Would there be any other solution where I still only have one project but I'm able to create different links for each collection site? Importantly, each of these links should function multiple times, since they would collect all their participants with only one link.
Thank you!

The easiest solution is to mark the URLs, see
Marking a URL (r)

This allows you to create different URLs for a single survey project, and still see in the dataset (in the REF variable) which link was used.

thank you so much! That works great!  I have a follow-up survey working with Serial Email (collect the email in the first questionnaire, and then send the second one some days later). Could I get this REF also in the data of the follow-up?
Thank you in advance!

If you're doing a follow-up, you usually join the data from both waves (using the opt in ID/SERIAL), which would include the REF.

If you want is "more separate", you could show different opt-in questions, depending on the REF in questionnaire one, and assign each a separate subgroup that would appear in the address list, and can be copied to the dataset, using panelData() and put() in questionnaire two.

However, using the REF from the merge from both waves, seems the straightforward solution to me. Give it a try.
