Cannot buy a license

I get this error-message when I try to purchase a license and click "Continue with Checkout":

I am trying to purchase the small (1 month) license.
I already finished the survey I want to use, and now I just want to publish and use it.
How do I fix this?

My apologies - this is a misbehavior that the shop should not show. Unfortunately, the shop was irritated by the fact that you did not have a customer ID.
