Opt-in question clarification

Dear all,

I am trying to create an opt-in question and I have two questions about it

Generic error:
Questionnaire Error The question AV02 can not be displayed correctly
I can't understand if this related to the fact that the DPA is not signed yet or something else wrong that I am doing. In either case in the pre-view of the question I am unable to see an input box where the email address could be actually entered and it would helpful to understand why.

Consent box
I also don't fully understand how to use the consent box within the opt-in question. When I enter something there, nothing really changes in pre-view of the question. Is it necessary/important to use this box?
I have already created a separate consent question and I thought I would rather display the opt-in conditional on ticking YES on the consent.

Most likely it's the DPA. You should actually see more information in the question's preview when editing the question, don't you?

You will need (must have, according to the GDPR) a DPA before collecting email addresses (which are in most cases personal data), so SoSci Survey will disable the feature unless there's a DPA in the project.

Thank you very much for your answer. Yes I can see the question title and the instruction. It is good to know that it is most likely due to the DPA missing.  

I am still waiting for the DPA to be signed and in the meantime I wanted to prepare all the rest and make sure I did everything correctly, because the opt-in part seems a bit more complicated. But I can leave it for when I have the DPA signed.

I imagine that the reason why I don't see anything about the consent is also given by the lack of the DPA. As I cannot see any preview of the consent it's hard to understand how it would look like but I guess I will see then
