Re-activate old account.

Question

I am unable to log into an old SoSci account which has likely been deactivated. How can I re-activated that account and retrieve needed data? I was unable to find any admin contact information from SoSci online.

First, try to get a new password for the old account.

If you do not receive and email, please write an email to info@soscisurvey.de, including your name and the email address used for account registration. We will try to find out why no email arrives in your mailbox.

Probably not at all. If you do not log in to a project, it's content will be archived after 3 months. This stored the questionnaires and will delete all collected data for privacy reasons.
