Failures in e-mail delivery

Is there a problem with the mail-server for s2survey at the moment?
I have tried to send e-mails to my participants, but the text that I have entered changes / disappears - although I save my changes. The only text that is delivered is a standard message containing a link to a questionnaire that I have never entered to the text or html input.

Please help, study is running.

We are not aware of any issues. Could you please send the message to info@soscisurvey.de and report the name of the survey project, and the ID of the message that you sent? Thank you.

The problem founded on a bi-lingual survey. The mailing text was stored only for one language version, while all respondents in the address list were assigned to the other language. The other language, indeed, had the default text stored in the mailing.

Please switch between the language versions in the mailing, and copy the correct text into both langage version.

The problem was somewhat harrd to see, as the languages are "Deutsch (Sie)" and "Deutsch (Du)". And, of course your're welcome to ask question in the online support in German, as well. Wir sitzen immerhin in München.
