Setting auto mail for longer than survey admin period

I have my survey (a multi-wave study - baseline, two weeks, 6 months) set up so that the mail schedule (PHP embedded at baseline) sends out mail 6 months after calling up baseline.

However, I know that the admin period can only be set to a max of like 90 days. Can I still have mail set up to go out 6 months after baseline with this?

My solution was to manually extend the admin period once 89 days had passed. Will that retain all info/collected data/mail schedules?

Yes, you can.

Nonetheless, do some thorough testing with shorter times (e.g. 60 minutes) to be sure that everything works find. Would be a pity to find out after 6 months that something was misconfigures.

Changing the administration period will not change anything else (data, schedules, ...), so, yes.
