I cannot see the data yet - is that correct and will I see it after the payment confirmation of implicit methods?

I was told that without the confirmed payment I could not download the data, but could start the questionnaire. Now I can't even see the data from my first 4 participants - is that correct and will I see them after the payment was confirmed? I payed yesterday, so the money should be there soon.
