Data not showing up on Download

Question 1

Hi there, I have some sections on my survey that do not show up when I download the data, and it is one of they key variables I need in my study. It appears on the survey, but the variables stack ontop of each other when downloaded, not giving all the data I need. And the XML file I tried downloading for each question section is not showing up either. Please help!

Then check which QUSTNNR is stored in the dataset and if that matches the questionnaire that you see in "compose questionnaire".
