Citation of SoSci Survey

Question

I used the online version of SoSci Survey to conduct a survey this spring, and now want to cite it correctly in my master's paper. I have a hard time finding out the correct way to do this. On https://www.soscisurvey.de/en/about both 2016 and 2019 is mentioned in the "year"-section. Which one is correct?

Apart from the year, is this correct for the current version?:

I recommend naming the version and year in which you collected the first record in the data set.
