How to terminate the questionnaire if the participant gives a certain answer?

Hi,
I have to terminate the questionnaire if the participant gives three certain answers:
age: below 18
language level: below C1
psychiatric disorders: yes
I've implemented a way to redirect the participant in a page that says something like: "Thank you for participating".
What do I have to do to redirect him/her to the conclusion of the questionnaire after this page?
